Studio DG+ is a spatial design studio producing buildings defined by climate intelligence, spatial clarity, minimalist intent, material restraint, and lived experience.
The studio works with private clients on refined residential projects, while taking on select commissions aligned with its design principles. Based in Lagos, operating from London, with local coordination in place where projects require it. Projects are delivered through clearly defined stages with controlled revisions — maintaining design integrity and quality from concept to delivery.

Three defined packages cover the full range of building design work. Each commission begins with an introductory conversation to establish scope and fit.
Package 01
Concept & Feasibility
Stage 1–2
For validating direction early. From brief confirmation through to a resolved concept — layout, massing, and the key decisions needed to commit to a design direction.
Package 02
Full Design
Stage 2–3
A resolved design set suitable for contractor costing and consultant coordination. Concept through to fully developed, dimensioned drawings with specification intent.
Package 03
Technical Documentation + 3D Visualisation
Stage 3–4
For clients building soon. The complete design and technical drawing set, with optional 3D visualisation. Drawings issued at a standard suitable for construction and authority submission.
