STUDIO DG+ is a spatial design studio registered in Lagos, Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The studio operates from London and is subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data — including name, contact details, and project information — is collected only when provided directly by email or through the client intake process. This data is used solely to evaluate and deliver design services, issue proposals and agreements, and coordinate with engaged project consultants where required. No data is sold or shared with third parties for any other purpose. Client and project records are retained for a minimum of six years from project completion, in accordance with standard professional practice.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data held about you. To exercise these rights, contact info@studiodgplus.com. Complaints may also be directed to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Clients based in Nigeria are afforded the same rights and protections.
